HRP has been designed to make selling your empty cartridges simple. By teaming up with Hitachi Koki Imaging Supplies, I.T.P. is able to offer Hitachi's customer a unique collection program for all their empty cartridges across Europe and Scandinavia.

So how does it work?

  1. You can register onto the scheme by filling out the registration form online. Alternatively you can print out this introduction and a registration form or have it emailed to you.
  2. Once your completed registration form has been received you will be emailed or faxed back a unique collection reference code and password. Please keep this in a safe place, as you will be asked for this collection reference code every time that you contact I.T.P. You will also be sent by post an information poster and a reference card confirming your details.
  3. By registering on to the HRP you will automatically receive a price list and be kept up to date with a new list every month by email or fax. As a registered user you can also get the price lists from this website by visiting http://www.itp-empties.com/updates.html. You will be asked for your collection reference code and password on this page.
  4. When you have empty cartridges that you want to dispose of, you will need to deliver them to the warehouse address nearest you (all warehouse address’s are on the price list). Please ensure all your pallets or boxes are marked with your collection reference code and total number of pallets/boxes on the consignment.
  5. I.T.P. try to ensure that within 28 days from collection you will be paid and send you a full report of all the cartridges received.
