Inbound cartridge inspection and quality criteria

I.T.P.'s inbound inspection criteria is very thorough. If you have sold I.T.P. a virgin empty this is what is expected. If it is damaged it will be worth nothing, if it is a non virgin (previously recycled) it may have a nominal value.

Any non-conforming cartridges are quarantined on inspection and kept separate until you have agreed return or disposal instructions.

Ensure that you inspect the cartridges fully. A non virgin may not be as simple to spot as a remanufactuers label or aftermarket drum. Also check for silvering of screws, marks where pins have been removed etc.

Inkjets are even more subjective than toners, a dented nossel plate or ink under the electronic head are reasons for rejection.

Remember, you can never have too much quality!
