Cartridge QualityI.T.P has always prided itself on selling top quality product and been honest to say upfront what can and can not be guaranteed. Laser QualityAll cartridges are given a vigorous multi point check when they are received to categorise them as virgin, damaged, non virgin etc. Even the smallest signs like slight silvering of cartridge screws means that the product is classified as non virgin. All virgin and non virgin product sold would be guaranteed to have no visible physical damage. No guarantee is extended to the internal components which can not be seen until disassembly and no guarantee is made as to whether the drum is good or bad. Laser PackagingAll mainline stocks are packaged on identical size pallets and in a uniform way ensuring consistency and accuracy. When you order C4127X you will always get 304 on a pallet which enables reconciling the goods on the delivery much easier. Please see the shipping matrix on this site for full packaging information. The pallet boxes have drop down sides for easy access, which enables the pallets to go straight to the customer's production line without there being a need to flatpack cardboard boxes and other time wasting jobs. Bulk packing also allows product to ship around the world at very competitive rates. Where in I.T.P. bulk boxing over three hundred C4127X fit on a pallet, if they were in original packaging it would be less than one hundred. All virgin product is bubble wrapped, and bulk packaging has proved to be a very effective way of shipping cartridges without causing any transit damage. Some products are kept in original packaging where possible due to either their tendency to leak or if they have a very fragile part which is susceptible to easy damage.
Inkjet QualityAll cartridges are given a vigorous multi point check when they are received to categorise them as virgin, damaged, non virgin etc. Even the smallest inconsistencies mean that the product is classified as non virgin. All virgin and non virgin product sold would be guaranteed to have no visible physical damage. No guarantee is extended to the internal components or the electronic printhead pass rates. Inkjets by their nature are much more subjective than laser and there can be vast differences in pass rates on the same batch of product between one remanufacturer and another. These differences demonstrate that it is not always the empty that governs the overall success rate but a lot of the time it is the actual remanufacturing procedures themselves. To help combat any quality issues I.T.P. warranty labels every inkjet product and batch numbers every inkjet packing box. The warranty label allows that in the event of a problem, and as long as the product has not been worked on or the warranty label removed, that there is an option for the cartridges to be returned to I.T.P. for further examination. The batch numbering allows the tracking of where the product was originally received from. Customer feedback then ensures constant monitoring of the collection programs as to the quality of the inbound product - good, bad or indifferent. Inkjet PackagingInkjets are packaged in small boxes and layered to ensure that they do not lie in their own ink. All boxes are the same size and style so that in each box of a particular product there is always an identical number of cartridges making reconciliation much easier. Please see the shipping matrix on this site for full packaging information.
