Empty Toner Cartridge Quality
I.T.P has always prided itself on selling top quality product and been honest to say upfront what can and can not be guaranteed.
All cartridges are given a rigorous multi point inspection when they are received to categorise them as virgin, non virgin, damaged etc. Even the smallest signs of the cartridge having been opened or tampered with means that the product is classified as non virgin.
All virgin and non virgin product sold would be guaranteed to have no visible physical damage. No guarantee is extended to the internal components which can not be seen until disassembly and no guarantee is made as to whether the drum or developer roller etc is good or bad.
