Waste Carriers Licence
Under the Duty of Care within the Environmental Protection Act 1990 you have an obligation to ensure that if you give you waste to someone that you need to be sure that they are authorised to take it.
I.T.P. are authorised by the Environment Agency to collect your waste and therefore fulfil your obligations under the Duty of Care.
